Taking photos in Swansea

As I'm from a coastal city as well as Brighton, I thought taking some photos of Swansea's pier would help Unfortunately the photos did not turn out quite as good as I would have hoped. It doesn't help that hiccups happened and I couldn't go at the time I wanted. I did however get some night shots of the bay. I tried having a go at long exposure after we had practiced in class. I also did try a technique where you extend and shorten the lens during the exposure to get the effect of light lines looking like they came towards you. The photos I have taken are displayed beneath:
